I am a Marine Veteran, and I earned a B.S. Degree from ETSU. I also served the State of Tennessee in the Drug Investigation Division at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and as an insurance agent with The Tennessee Farm Bureau for over 20 years before medically retiring in 2023 due to a battle with Esophageal Cancer & Parkinson's Disease. I serve my church as an elder. I've been married to Trina, my hero, for over 30 years. I am the founder, content creator and Chief Editor of the website and newsletters. The purpose of this website is to encourage you keep going, keep believing, no matter what obstacles you might face in life.
"My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can! For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up power within you to endure all things. And then as your endurance grows even stronger it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking."
The Passion Translation, Jas 1:2–4.

After staying home to raise our daughters for fifteen years and serving as the prayer director at our church for twelve years. I now work as a Social Worker at University of Tennessee Medical Center. My life call is to reveal the intimacy behind the first and greatest commandment- to love God above all.
In 2025 I earned my Cosmetology License at Tennessee School of Beauty. I am a Stylist at Knoxville Hair Co. and volunteer in the Youth and Children's department at our church.

I teach Sixth-Grade Math at Seymour Intermediate School. I completed my BBA with a double minor in Educational Foundations and Digital Marketing in 2023 and earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education in 2025 from ETSU. I am also a volunteer youth leader at our church.
